Password forgotten

If you can’t remember your password, here’s what to do.

1. Prepare your e-mail address: the one you gave to your workshop secretary.
   If you don’t remember your e-mail address, please ask your secretary for it, or ask the site administrators via the Contact form.
2. Click on “forgot password” (“mot de passe oublié”)
3. The system asks for your e-mail address.
4. Click on the [Generate password] button
   The system prompts you to check your e-mail inbox.
   If you don’t receive anything in your mailbox, the address may not be the one registered on the site. If so, please ask your workshop secretary or the site administrators via the Contact form.
5. In your email, there is a link allowing you to generate a password.
   This password is displayed in a new browser window. It’s very complex and difficult to remember.
   So the solution is to delete it and set your own, respecting the following:
   – 12 characters minimum
   – 1 capital letter minimum
   – 1 special character minimum
   – no repetition of characters (’99’ possible; ‘999’ is not accepted)
6. Enter your password. Make sure that the [Save password] button becomes active. This indicates that you have followed the password instructions.
   Note: Feel free to click on the eye to display your password.
7. The system replies: “Your password has been reset”, and you receive a notification (e-mail) that the operation has been completed.
8. Please return to > to log in.

If this doesn’t work, please try again, following the steps and instructions carefully.

The system blocks your account after a certain number of connection attempts. We do not give this number. So don’t hesitate to contact the site administrators via the Contact Form. We’re here to help.
